Along with the construction of Rong houses, the "Btown Bright Stars" movement implemented by the Party Committee and the Command of Corps 15 from 2024 continues to be maintained and expanded in residential areas that lack public lighting systems.

The total scale of implementation in the 2024–2026 period is more than 8.7km of solar-powered streets, with a total cost of about 7.3 billion VND.
