On October 25th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Hoa Trach commune, Quang Tri province, said that the locality has organized the first phase of funding support for 9 households of people with meritorious services to the revolution to build and repair houses.
Among the supported households, there are 8 households building new houses and 1 household repairing houses. The support level for each newly built household is 60 million VND, while households repairing houses are supported with 30 million VND.
This is an activity to help families of people with meritorious services to the revolution have more funds to build and repair houses, gradually stabilizing their lives.
According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune, financial support is implemented in 2 phases. After handing over phase 1 funding, the locality will continue to implement phase 2 when the projects are completed.
The support funds contribute to reducing difficulties for households in the process of building and repairing houses, and at the same time create conditions for projects to be completed and put into use soon.
Through this activity, the locality continues to implement the work of caring for the lives of policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution, showing the concern of the Party, State and Fatherland Front for those who have made many contributions to their homeland and country.
Supporting the construction and repair of houses also contributes to implementing the gratitude policy, promoting the tradition of "When drinking water, remember the source", helping families of people with meritorious services gradually stabilize their accommodation and lives.
