Lam Dong supports nearly 120 million VND for 2 difficult families
Lam Dong - Two families in particularly difficult circumstances in Nam Nung commune were supported with nearly 120 million VND to treat diseases, take care of children, and stabilize their lives.
On October 24, the Lam Dong Provincial Red Cross Society said that the unit had just coordinated with organizations and philanthropists to provide financial support to 2 poor households in Jok Ju hamlet, Nam Nung commune.

This is an activity within the framework of the humanitarian television program "Aspiration to Live" in 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan's family (born 1978) is in difficult circumstances as he suffers from mitral valve regurgitation, his health is declining, and he is no longer able to perform heavy labor.
His wife also got sick. To cover living expenses and raise 3 children to study, the couple had to catch crabs and fish.
Along with Bon Jok Ju, the family of Mr. Hoang Duy Thanh (born 1989), a Nung ethnic person, is also struggling because of the burden of illness.
His wife has heart disease, his second daughter has Thalassemia, and she has to go to the hospital for treatment and blood transfusions regularly. Prolonged treatment costs have made the family's economy increasingly exhausted.
At the program, each family was mobilized to support nearly 60 million VND, with a total budget of about 120 million VND. The funding source was handed over to the local authorities for management, coordinating with families to develop plans for use suitable to the actual circumstances.
The support helps the two families have more conditions to take care of their health, cover living expenses and raise their children, gradually overcoming difficulties.
The activity continues to promote the connecting role of the Lam Dong Provincial Red Cross Society with organizations, businesses and philanthropists in joining hands to care for difficult circumstances, spreading the spirit of mutual affection in the community.
