On October 22, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Nhan Co commune (Lam Dong) started construction of 3 Great Solidarity houses, supporting poor and near-poor households facing housing difficulties.

Three households supported to build houses include the families of Mr. Truong Thanh Phong (village 1), Le Van Son (village 2) and Vuong Minh Tien (village 10).
According to the program, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province allocated 300 million VND from the "For the Poor" Fund to build 5 Great Solidarity houses in Nhan Co commune, with a support level of 60 million VND/house.
Mr. Vuong Minh Tien's family alone was mobilized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to support philanthropists with an additional 40 million VND, contributing to building a more spacious and solid house.
From the beginning of 2026 to now, Nhan Co commune has mobilized resources to support the construction and repair of new houses for 11 households in difficult circumstances, with a total budget of nearly 1 billion VND.

The activity of building Great Solidarity houses demonstrates the joint efforts of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and the community in caring for the lives of the poor, contributing to the implementation of social security policies in the locality.
