Lam Dong Traffic Police Women show gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers on October 20th

On October 20th, the Women's Union of the Traffic Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Con (90 years old) whose husband and son sacrificed in the resistance war against the US for national salvation.

At the family, the working delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs, expressing gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of previous generations in the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.

Officials and members cordially inquired about health, life, and encouraged Mothers to live happily, healthily, and long lives with their children and grandchildren.

The gifts given directly to Mothers express the feelings, responsibility and gratitude of officers and soldiers to families with meritorious services to the revolution.

On the same day, the Traffic Police Department organized a meeting to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2026).

At the meeting, officials and members reviewed the glorious traditions of Vietnamese women, shared experiences in professional work, Association work and family building.

On this occasion, the Party Committee and leaders of the Traffic Police Department presented flowers, sent congratulations and acknowledged the contributions of female officers in performing professional tasks as well as the unit's activities.

Through activities, the Women's Union of the Traffic Police Department continues to promote the tradition of "When drinking water, remember the source"; and at the same time encourage officials and members to improve their sense of responsibility, strive to complete their tasks well, contributing to building a clean and strong People's Police force.
