Trade union coordinates with police to guide workers in drug prevention and control

On October 25, Hue Labor Federation said that the unit had just coordinated with the city police to organize communication on drug prevention and control for 120 union members and workers at Texway Co., Ltd. (Vietnam).

At the program, workers were instructed to identify common drugs, drugs hidden under the guise and tricks to entice drug use. The contents helped workers understand the harmful effects of drugs on health, family and security, order; raise vigilance, proactively protect themselves.

Through exchanges, Q&A and handling real-life situations, union members and workers are answered questions, consolidated skills in identifying risks and preventing drugs from entering the workplace.

The activity contributes to the implementation of the plan to build communes and wards without drugs in 2026 and the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control to 2030.
