Workers in Hung Yen are guided on insurance policies
Hung Yen - More than 100 workers of An Phu Footwear Import-Export Co., Ltd. were informed of insurance policies and answered about related benefits.
On October 24, the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with Quynh Phu Grassroots Social Insurance to organize a communication conference, disseminating policies and laws on social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT) and unemployment insurance in 2026 for more than 100 union members and workers at An Phu Footwear Import-Export Co., Ltd. (A Sao commune, Hung Yen province).
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of Quynh Phu Grassroots Social Insurance directly disseminated legal regulations related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
The content focuses on practical policies, helping workers better understand their rights, obligations and responsibilities when participating in insurance types.
In addition to providing information, the conference spent time on dialogue, directly answering questions from workers related to insurance regimes and the rights of employees at enterprises.
Through this, workers have more information to understand and properly implement regulations, while proactively learning and protecting their legitimate rights.
Through the program, union members and workers have the opportunity to exchange issues that are still stuck in the process of participating and enjoying insurance benefits. Direct answering helps workers access policies more clearly, contributing to limiting misunderstandings about rights and obligations when working at enterprises.
The activity aims to raise awareness and legal knowledge for union members and workers; and at the same time promote the role of the Trade Union organization and social insurance agencies in propaganda and dissemination of policies, contributing to helping workers feel secure in working and attached to businesses.
