Professional training for more than 200 trade union officials in Phu Tho
Phu Tho - On October 14th, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a training course on skills and professional inspection and supervision for more than 200 trade union officials in the area.
The training conference was organized by the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), with the participation of more than 200 trade union officials from communes, wards and grassroots trade unions with many union members in Phu Tho area.
At the conference, trainees were exchanged and guided by speakers on contents related to the inspection and supervision work of the trade union organization; regulations on disciplinary action in the trade union organization; activities of the trade union inspection and supervision team.
In addition, the conference focused on disseminating regulations on organizing trade unions to receive union members, workers and citizens; the work of resolving and participating in resolving complaints and denunciations of trade unions.
In the training program, trainees exchanged, answered questions and shared skills in handling situations arising from practice at the grassroots level.
Through the conference, trade union officials gained more knowledge and professional skills to serve inspection and supervision work, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of trade union organizations in localities and grassroots levels.
