Strengthening dissemination of laws after mergers in Phu Tho
Phu Tho - On October 13th, the working delegation of the Central Coordination Council for Dissemination and Legal Education (PBGDPL) worked in the local province.
The working delegation was headed by Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairman of the Central PBGDPL Council.
According to a report by the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Justice, after arranging administrative units, PBGDPL, legal aid and legal support have been maintained stably and without interruption.
Legal propaganda work is implemented in conjunction with political tasks and state management requirements.
Agencies, units, and localities are gradually innovating the content and forms of propaganda, focusing on new policies and issues of concern to people and businesses.
In addition to traditional forms, many units apply information technology, social networks, digital platforms, online contests and grassroots broadcasting systems to bring legal information to people.
Some models applying digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) have initially been effective.
Policy communication activities, dissemination of laws, new resolutions and response to Vietnam Law Day were deployed relatively promptly.
Along with that, the province continues to consolidate grassroots mediation activities, train the team of reporters, legal propagandists and mediators.
Legal aid in procedural activities is being implemented to ensure the right to legal aid of people. Legal support programs for small and medium-sized enterprises and business households are gradually meeting the need for access to legal information.
At the working session, delegates focused on discussing the implementation of documents and projects on PBGDPL for students, ethnic minorities and specialized groups; inspection and supervision work; allocation of resources, socialization and solutions to improve the quality of propaganda in localities.

Concluding, Ms. Ha Thi Nga affirmed that the goal of PBGDPL work is to raise awareness, help people and businesses proactively comply with the law, contributing to building a healthy social environment, serving socio-economic development.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga requested the Provincial PBGDPL Council to continue to closely follow the functions, tasks and programs and projects; promote the advisory role of the Department of Justice, and at the same time strengthen guidance at the commune level, especially in remote and isolated areas, and ethnic minority areas.
The province needs to replicate models suitable for each target group, gradually forming a sense of self-discipline in law compliance in the community.
The Head of the working delegation also requested to promote the role of the armed forces, associate dissemination of laws with mass mobilization work in the process of performing official duties, and proactively approach people instead of just propagating at headquarters.
Localities need to diversify communication forms, apply technology and AI support, and organize activities to respond to Vietnam Law Day associated with the Great National Unity Festival and Vietnam Culture Week.
