Phu Tho stands out with "3 no, 3 yes" in personnel work

On September 25, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Agencies, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Head of Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 224 of the Politburo, Secretariat - chaired the Conference to approve the results of the 3rd inspection and supervision of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in 2026.

Inspection and supervision are regular tasks of the Party to accurately, fully, and substantively assess the leadership, direction, advisory, and implementation of regulations on personnel work and digital transformation.

Through inspection and supervision, the delegation highly appreciated the new and creative ways of doing things that initially brought efficiency to the province.

Prominent is the province's concretization of the requirement to train cadres with the "3 no, 3 yes" standards. In which, "3 no" includes: No corruption, waste, negativity; not far from the people; no stagnation. "3 yes" includes: Having responsibility; having the ability to perform all assigned tasks; having prestige.

Over the past time, Phu Tho has actively mobilized provincial-level leaders to hold key positions at the commune level, both improving the quality of grassroots leadership and training cadres.

The province established working groups in charge of members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to monitor, guide, and promptly remove difficulties for the locality; and at the same time deploy the 45-day and night peak campaign to remove digital transformation bottlenecks throughout the province.

Based on the comprehensive assessment of the achieved results, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Head of the Inspection and Supervision Team - acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and endeavors of Phu Tho.

The comrade emphasized that the province has shown a high spirit of solidarity and unity throughout the Party Committee; seriously implemented and concretized the directives and resolutions of the Central Government; maintained national defense and security and maintained economic growth rates in the top 10 in the country.

Regarding key tasks in the coming time, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai proposed that Phu Tho continue to strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism; proactively review, rotate and focus on increasing the proportion of female cadres and cadres in planning.

The province needs to promote training and fostering grassroots cadres in 148 newly arranged communes and wards to meet task requirements.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai said that Phu Tho needs to set a pioneering goal, taking the lead nationwide in digital transformation in personnel work and dossier and document management. Over the past time, Phu Tho has effectively implemented this task.

At the same time, the province needs to promote the application of technology to shorten time and costs for people and businesses; actively remove difficulties, determined to promote economic growth to a two-digit level and maintain the leading position in the country.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong seriously received all directing opinions, assessments and conclusions of the Head of the Inspection and Supervision Team.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the objective and comprehensive assessments and in-depth orientations of the Inspection and Supervision Team are an important basis for the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee to continue to clearly assess the achieved results, and at the same time identify the limitations and bottlenecks that need to be focused on removing.

Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong affirmed that the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, determination to overcome shortcomings, maintain high economic growth and strive to be pioneers and leaders in digital transformation of personnel work, meeting well the requirements of tasks in the new period.
