More than 300 union members and workers in Ninh Binh participate in voluntary blood donation
Ninh Binh - On September 27, more than 300 union members and workers in Ninh Binh participated in a voluntary blood donation program.
On September 27, at Vienergy Company, Phuc Son Industrial Park (Dong Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province), Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization Steering Committee to organize a voluntary blood donation program with the theme "Red Drop for union members - Workers".
The program attracted more than 300 union members and workers from businesses in Phuc Son Industrial Park to participate, showing the spirit of responsibility and sharing of workers and laborers towards the community.
With the message "Each drop of blood given - One life left behind", the program contributes to spreading the act of blood donation to save people, while promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in mobilizing union members and workers to participate in social and humanitarian activities.
At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee received 300 units of blood, supplementing blood sources to serve emergency and treatment at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee praised and rewarded 5 union members and workers who have participated in voluntary blood donation many times, recognizing their positive contributions to humanitarian activities.
Through the program, Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation and coordinating units continue to spread the voluntary blood donation movement among union members and workers, contributing to building the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection in the community.
