On September 13, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that in response to the program "Parental Caregiver - Connecting Love" launched by the Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union, the grassroots Trade Union of Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital has sponsored a child who is the child of a union member in difficult circumstances.
