Transferring 2 professional departments to the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Hai Phong City
Hai Phong - In the afternoon of September 29, the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department organized the handover of functions and tasks of advising on mass mobilization work to the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and city organizations.
The conference was organized to seriously implement Resolution No. 17-NQ/TW of the 14th Central Party Committee, Conclusion No. 76-KL/TW, Plan No. 06-KH/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 87-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on continuing to improve and effectively operate the overall organizational model of the political system and the model of two-level local government.
At the conference, representatives of the leaders of the two agencies approved the draft minutes and proceeded to sign and hand over the original functions and tasks on mass mobilization, ethnicity, religion and promoting the people's right to mastery from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee (old) to the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and city organizations.
The handover content includes the original state of 2 professional advisory departments (Department of Mass Mobilization of State, Ethnic and Religious Agencies; Department of Unions and Associations) along with 17 officials, civil servants, and employees directly involved in mass mobilization work; list of retired officials; system of dossiers, documents, specialized databases; funds, assets, working equipment and list of projects and work programs being implemented.
Speaking at the conference, leaders of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, and city organizations affirmed that the handover preparation work has been implemented urgently, closely, in accordance with procedures and regulations, ensuring solidarity, ideological unity and legitimate and lawful rights of the contingent of cadres and civil servants. After the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and city organizations urgently assigned tasks and arranged suitable job positions for newly recruited cadres to quickly stabilize and promote professional capacity. At the same time, the two agencies continue to establish close coordination mechanisms, regularly share information in interconnected fields, ensuring improving the quality of advising on propaganda and mass mobilization work for the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in the new development stage.
