VNPT Trade Union agreement with 19 clauses more beneficial to employees

VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), currently has 44.027 union members.

In the first 9 months of the year, VNPT Trade Union supported and visited 3,471 turns of union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a budget of about 17 billion VND; supported the construction and repair of "VNPT Warm Houses" over 14 billion VND; donated 10 kitchens, 3 collective houses worth 1.1 billion VND. 44,00027 union members and workers benefited from welfare programs worth about 1 billion VND; the average support level for meals was 730,000 VND/person/month; presented gifts to 849 children of officials and employees in the "VNPT with you to school" program; presented gifts to 3,215 families of union members who are wounded soldiers and relatives of martyrs, wounded soldiers, and sick soldiers on War Invalids and Martyrs' Day and cared for them on holidays and Tet.

VNPT Trade Union focuses on promoting safety, health and improving the quality of life of workers: Nearly 7,000 occupational safety and health workers and trade union officials are trained in occupational safety and health, operating skills and health care; maintaining a network of 3,000 occupational safety and health workers in 68 units.

VNPT Trade Union launched emulation movements associated with the target of 10% growth in 2026; implemented the programs "VNPT Innovation", "Improving Customer Experience", "VNPT People Using VNPT Products and Services", "Million Connections - Million Peace of Mind"... with more than 500 individuals honored in the "VNPT Smile" movement; 600 individuals rewarded for comprehensive emulation achievements in 2025.

Regarding organizational innovation and digital transformation of trade union activities, VNPT Trade Union innovates the system for evaluating and scoring grassroots trade unions on software; deploys plans to arrange grassroots trade unions in joint-stock companies; promulgates regulations on organizational models, functions, tasks and job positions at VNPT Trade Union agencies; develops regulations and deploys specialized trade union officials.

Work to improve the quality of the team and build a strong trade union organization: 433 union members were admitted, 325 union members were introduced to the Party, of which 215 people were admitted to the Party; 100% of non-specialized trade union officials (4,702 people) were trained and fostered. Organized professional training for 250 trade union officials, and at the same time continued to improve dialogue, communication and digital skills for officials.
