Promoting digital transformation - Improving productivity and efficiency

On the morning of December 25, the Hanoi City Labor Federation held a summary of 3 programs and 2 thematic resolutions of the 17th City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2028; launched an emulation movement in 2026 and deployed some key contents of the 18th City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2028.

According to the assessment, the implementation of programs, resolutions, and the City Trade Union organization has many new projects, solutions, and methods, taking the lead in building new and effective models that are recognized by Party committees, authorities, employers, and union members and workers.

The City Labor Federation and the Trade Unions at the grassroots level have organized care for over 160,000 union members and employees with an amount of over 200 billion VND; advised the City National Assembly Delegation to visit and give gifts to 550 employees with a total amount of 615 million VND; the grassroots trade unions have done a good job of socializing the work of caring for employees, coordinating with employers and socio-political organizations, charitable organizations... to support 1,800 billion VND for union members and employees. Organized the takeover of 629 workers and union members who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, and reduced labor capacity to take vacations, restore labor capacity, etc.

The achieved results affirm the spirit of overcoming difficulties - being creative, daring to think, daring to do of the team of cadres, union members, and employees of the capital. The role and position of the Trade Union organization is increasingly enhanced, contributing significantly to the results of the implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, national security and defense, and the work of building a clean Party and government.

On this occasion, the Hanoi City Labor Federation launched the emulation in 2026 with the emulation theme: "Union members and workers compete in Innovation - Promoting digital transformation - Improving productivity and efficiency; bringing the Resolution of the Party, the Fatherland Front and the Vietnam Trade Union into life".

To achieve practical results, the City's trade unions at all levels need to focus on organizing and launching emulation movements in 2026 in 2 phases. In which, the first phase from January 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026: Emulation to achieve the achievement of "Celebrating the Party, Celebrating Spring", celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 14th National Party Congress; celebrating the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term; celebrating major holidays of the country and the city, of the Trade Union organization.

Round 2 from August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026: Emulate to achieve achievements to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; compete to strive to complete and comprehensively complete the Standing Committees of the City Labor Federation, calling on all cadres, union members and employees of the Capital to actively respond to the emulation movement launched by the city's trade unions at all levels. Strive to overcome all challenges and difficulties in production, study and work, to complete and excellently complete the tasks of the unit and the production and business plan of the enterprise, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 18th City Trade Union Congress; the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union; the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress and socio-economic development tasks in 2026.
