Regarding business activities, in 2025, after the new building was officially opened in April, the Business Department has proactively deployed synchronous communication solutions, built flexible product packages and price policies, focusing on optimizing room capacity and revenue efficiency. Thanks to that, the number of guests and conferences has increased rapidly, with revenue estimated to increase by about 70% - 80% over the same period in 2024.
As of the end of December 2025, the Business Department has participated in serving about 65 conferences and seminars, with over 46,000 overnight guests, reaching over 86,000 nights. Total revenue by the end of the year reached 24.84 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 16.8% and increasing by 76.9% compared to 2024, of which accommodation revenue accounted for about 88%, conference - seminar revenue was about 7%, other services were about 5%, creating a solid foundation for completing and exceeding the annual target, and at the same time being the basis for developing a development plan for 2026.

The reception department has served 46,877 overnight guests, of which 39,970 were domestic guests and 6,907 were international guests; the total number of overnight guests reached 89,205 nights.
