On March 28, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had issued a plan to organize activities for Workers' Month 2026.
The new point this year is the implementation of the "Labor Skills - Sustainable Employment" Day.
Trade union levels will coordinate with businesses, vocational education institutions and employment service centers to organize counseling programs, orientations to improve vocational skills, digital skills and ability to adapt to the labor market; and introduce retraining courses, advanced training, and vocational conversion support...
Direct connection activities between workers and recruiting businesses are also promoted, providing information about job positions, working conditions, salaries, regimes, and policies.

Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said that Workers' Month 2026 continues to maintain "Trade Union Meals", mobilizing businesses to improve the quality of lunch meals, and support meals for workers working overtime, working in heavy and hazardous environments.

Along with that, trade union levels will coordinate to organize periodic health checks and thematic checks for workers working in heavy, hazardous environments and female workers; strengthen health, psychological and reproductive health care counseling for workers.
