Dak Lak Trade Union requests Dakruco to care for and create motivation for workers

On March 23, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) successfully organized the 2026 Employee Delegation Conference.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh - General Director of Dakruco emphasized that the conference aims to assess the results of implementing the 2025 resolution; report on the results of trade union supervision on the implementation of labor contracts and collective labor agreements.

The conference also reported on the situation of organizing employee conferences at grassroots units; summarized and answered recommendations from grassroots levels; and sought comments on the draft plan for dividing the welfare fund after equitization....

Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation proposed that the company continue to implement companion solutions to improve the lives of workers.

Along with that, businesses need to pay more attention to welfare, rest, and health care; regularly listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers; promote programs such as "Trade Union Shelter", awarding "Reproducing Cows" to create motivation to help workers rise out of poverty.

According to Mr. Lap, the company also needs to innovate the "Good Labor, Creative Labor" movement, promptly reward worthily to encourage employees to contribute and be attached to the business for a long time.

The Provincial Labor Federation is committed to continuing to accompany the company's trade union in caring for and protecting workers' rights.
