Van Don Special Zone Trade Union supports families whose houses are burned to repair their houses
Quang Ninh - On the morning of April 2nd, the Trade Union of Van Don Special Zone coordinated to visit and support a family whose house just caught fire in the area.
Units participating in supporting the family include Van Don Regional General Hospital, VietinBank Van Don branch and Mai Quyen Tourism Co., Ltd.
The working delegation presented 14 million VND and some essential necessities, helping the family overcome difficulties early and stabilize their lives.
On the same day, an individual supported 1,000 tiles for the family to repair and rebuild the house.
The Fatherland Front Committee of Van Don Special Zone also arranged forces to support the transportation of materials, preparing for the reconstruction of houses.
The timely support of the trade union organization and units shows the spirit of mutual affection, contributing to encouraging families to soon overcome the consequences. Thereby continuing to affirm the role of the trade union organization in caring for the lives of union members, workers and people when facing difficulties.
