Van Don Special Zone Trade Union, Quang Ninh trains union members and workers on digital transformation

The training conference was attended by more than 100 cadres, workers, civil servants, and laborers of grassroots trade unions in the area.

At the conference, the trainees were presented with key topics such as: Overview of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in trade union work; popular concepts and applications of AI.

The role of technology in administrative reform, improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilizing union members and workers.

Students are also instructed in practicing AI tools to support drafting documents, reports, work plans; designing images, videos, infographics; analyzing data and synthesizing opinions, and surveying public opinion using AI.

The training session also includes instructions on installing and declaring taxes on E-tax Mobile software, along with digital transformation solutions in union management and operations.

With a lively teaching method, combining theory and practice, the training program has helped students easily access, grasp and apply knowledge to practical work.

The training activities aim to equip the team of cadres, workers, civil servants and laborers with basic knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence and digital transformation; Improve the capacity to use digital platforms in management and operation, grasp public opinion, reflect recommendations of union members and laborers, and meet the requirements of innovation of trade union methods in the current period.
