Ho Chi Minh City - The blood donation program co-organized by the Trade Union has been widely responded to by union members and workers, collecting 259 units of blood.

On April 5, DIC Group Trade Union coordinated with the Red Cross Society of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) to organize a voluntary blood donation program with the motto "Sharing a drop of blood - Giving hope".

Previously, the DIC Trade Union had deployed mobilization among union members and workers to participate; at the same time, Vung Tau ward also deployed mobilization for workers in the area to respond and participate in voluntary blood donation.

On April 5, more than 300 people participated in the voluntary blood donation program held in Vung Tau, including more than 150 union members and workers of DIC Group and hundreds of workers in Vung Tau ward. Through this, a total of 259 units of blood were contributed to save people.

According to the DIC Group Trade Union, the voluntary blood donation program is organized to raise awareness of responsibility for community volunteering among union members, workers and people in Vung Tau ward.
