Gia Lai union members and workers join hands to donate blood to save people
Gia Lai - Blood Donation Day 2026 received 381 units of blood from union members and workers, contributing to saving patients' lives and spreading the spirit of mutual affection.
On March 20, at the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Culture House, the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) in coordination with the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization Steering Committee and the Department of Hematology - Blood Transfusion (Provincial Central General Hospital) organized the 2026 Voluntary Blood Donation Day.
With the message "Each drop of blood given, one life left behind", the festival has the participation of more than 400 union members and workers from grassroots trade unions in Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon Nam, Quy Nhon Bac and Quy Nhon Dong wards.
The festival received 381 units of blood, contributing to supplementing blood reserves to serve emergency and treatment of patients at medical facilities in the area.
Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation also issued 378 vouchers for union members and workers participating in blood donation, each voucher including 4 free drinks at Trade Union Rendezvous Cafe, 86 Le Duan, Quy Nhon ward.
This is an activity maintained annually by the Provincial Labor Federation, aiming to promote the spirit of responsibility and mutual affection of union members and workers, joining hands for the community.
