Nghe An - On the occasion of the National Border Guard Day, Dien Chau Commune Trade Union launched the model "Fishermen clinging to the blue sea", raising awareness of protecting the marine environment.

On March 3, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Dien Chau Commune Trade Union coordinated with Dien Chau Commune Farmers' Association to organize the launch ceremony of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" model with the theme "Fishermen stick to the blue sea, exploit aquatic products according to the law, collect waste in the right places".

The activity aims to propagate and mobilize officials, members, union members and people to raise awareness of complying with the provisions of law in seafood exploitation, not violating foreign waters; and at the same time actively participate in protecting the marine environment.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 350 national flags and 40 trash cans to fishermen. These are practical gifts, contributing to encouraging people to go offshore, stick to the sea, and exploit seafood safely and in accordance with regulations; and at the same time forming the habit of collecting and treating waste in the right places.

Through the model, the locality expects to build a team of fishermen who are not only good at production but also exemplary in law compliance, joining hands to preserve a green - clean - beautiful marine environment, contributing to protecting the sacred sea and island sovereignty of the Fatherland.
