Nghe An Trade Union Working Committee organizes Conference of cadres and civil servants in 2026
Nghe An - The Provincial Trade Union Working Committee held a Conference on cadres and civil servants in 2026, evaluating the results of work in 2025, setting out tasks and emulation targets.
On January 24, Nghe An Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union Working Committee had just held a Conference on cadres and civil servants in 2026 to evaluate the results of performing tasks in 2025, launch an emulation movement and agree on directions and tasks for 2026.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Kha Van Tam, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, acknowledged the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the team of cadres and civil servants; at the same time, he proposed to continue to improve the quality of advice, strictly implement discipline and administrative discipline, promote democracy at the grassroots level, and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
The conference unanimously approved the Resolution 2026 with key targets such as: 100% of cadres, civil servants, and workers achieving the title of Advanced Worker; 20% with initiatives and experience topics; 15% achieving the title of Emulation Fighter at all levels; striving to improve their lives and increase the basic salary/person/month.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 outstanding individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2025.
