Nghe An Trade Union mobilizes the development of trade union organizations in enterprises

On January 15, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit and Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union have just organized a working delegation with Toan Cau Insurance Company - Nghe An Branch to discuss and promote the establishment of a grassroots trade union organization at the enterprise.

At the meeting, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor introduced the role, functions, rights of union members as well as practical benefits when workers participate in trade unions. At the same time, the working group grasped the production and business situation, policies for workers, listened to opinions and proposals from business leaders on caring for and protecting workers' rights.

Speaking at the meeting, the representative of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises is a necessary requirement, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; at the same time, supporting enterprises to better care for the material and spiritual life of workers. The Provincial Federation of Labor is committed to accompanying and guiding businesses throughout the entire process, ensuring the establishment of grassroots unions takes place smoothly and in accordance with regulations.
