Nghe An establishes grassroots trade union with 23 union members
Nghe An - The establishment of grassroots trade unions contributes to caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
On January 10, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Mobilization Committee for the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Hoang Gia Phat Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company held a congress to establish grassroots trade unions, admitting 23 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union consisting of 3 comrades; Comrade Nguyen Nam Thang, Head of the premises & Legal Department, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots trade union.
Mr. Hoang Nguyen Trong Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company, affirmed that he will always care about and create favorable conditions for the grassroots trade union to operate effectively, accompanying workers for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
