Nghe An Trade Union deploys new action program for term
Nghe An - Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor focuses on innovating Trade Union activities, caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
On January 10, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to deploy an action program to implement the Resolution of the 20th Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, term 2025-2030.
At the conference, delegates were thoroughly informed about the key contents of the action program; focused on innovating Trade Union activities, caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers; building harmonious and stable labor relations, accompanying businesses for sustainable development.
During the discussion, delegates exchanged and contributed many practical opinions on solutions to implement the action program in accordance with the reality of each industry, locality, and unit; focusing on developing union members, caring for workers' lives, promoting digital transformation, and improving the effectiveness of grassroots trade union activities.
The conference also deployed a number of requirements for organizing the "Tet Sum Vay" program to ensure practicality, the right target, and towards union members and workers.
At the same time, thoroughly grasp the contents of emulation and reward work, create motivation for emulation of production labor, and successfully complete the tasks in 2026.
