Strengthening coordination to care for female union members in Nghi Loc commune

On April 5, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Nghi Loc Commune Trade Union had just coordinated with the Commune Women's Union to organize a conference to sign a coordination plan for activities in 2026.

According to the signed content, the two units will continue to promote propaganda and mobilize female workers, civil servants, and laborers to actively participate in the activities of the Women's Union at their place of residence, contributing to strengthening the connection between the trade union organization and the women's union at the grassroots level.

In addition, the Commune Trade Union and the Commune Women's Union continue to implement the "Parental Caregiver" Program for the period 2025 - 2030 at all levels of trade unions, in order to support and care for orphaned children in difficult circumstances.

The two sides also coordinated to organize communication activities, disseminating knowledge of reproductive health care to female workers and laborers of Nghi Loc Commune Trade Union, contributing to improving the quality of life and protecting the health of female workers.

The signing activity aims to concretize the coordination program between trade union organizations and women's unions, promoting the role of each party in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of female union members and workers.
