Establishment of grassroots trade union, admission of more than 1,500 union members in Ninh Binh

Responding to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union has just organized the Launching Ceremony of the Trade Union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. and launched the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the term 2026 - 2030. In addition, 1,546 workers were officially admitted to the trade union organization. This is also an event marking a new and meaningful step in building and expanding the trade union organization in enterprises.

Representatives of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. expressed their agreement, support and commitment to create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, pay more attention to the material and spiritual lives of workers, and join hands to build sustainable business development.

On this occasion, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation presented 30 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at the company.
