Sa Pa Trade Union promotes union member development in Muong Bo and Ban Ho
Lao Cai - Promoting propaganda and removing obstacles contributes to creating a clear change in workers' awareness of the trade union organization.
On April 2nd, information from Sa Pa Ward Trade Union said that the unit is strengthening coordination with local Party committees, authorities and businesses to develop union members and promote the establishment of grassroots trade unions in Muong Bo and Ban Ho communes.
Through exchanges with Party committees and economic and collective units, the working delegation emphasized the role of the Trade Union organization in protecting the legitimate rights and interests, caring for the lives of workers, thereby creating consensus in the process of organization development.
According to the Sa Pa Ward Trade Union, sticking to grassroots levels not only helps to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers but also contributes to consolidating the political system and strengthening the connection between the Trade Union and the locality.
In the coming time, the unit will continue to support the completion of dossiers and procedures, striving to soon launch new grassroots trade unions, and complete the target for union member development in 2026.
