Establishment of Trade Union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd
Ninh Binh - On March 31, Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd.
Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union and a large number of workers at the Company.
Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. was established in June 2025, is the management and operation unit of tourism activities at Trang An Eco-tourism Area, famous for boat tours. The company focuses on heritage conservation associated with sustainable tourism development.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Labor Federation announced and awarded the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. and recognized 1,546 workers belonging to Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd., MTV MSPACE and MPRODUCTION who have applied to join the grassroots trade union organization of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. as union members. At the same time, it recognized the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. This is a unit directly under Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union.
The establishment of the grassroots trade union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. is an important milestone, not only of legal significance but also opening a new stage in building a representative organization to care for and protect legitimate and lawful rights and interests, improve the material and spiritual life of union members and employees, and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
To ensure that the Trade Union of Trang An Heritage Co., Ltd. operates effectively in the coming time, the Trade Union Executive Committee will quickly stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, and assign specific tasks to members. Proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees, and promptly protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.
In addition, promote emulation movements for good labor and creative labor. Pay attention to occupational safety and health; actively propagate and mobilize union members and workers to well comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies and the company's internal regulations.
On this occasion, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation presented 30 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at the Company.
