Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union mobilizes to establish grassroots trade unions

On March 22, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union had organized surveys, propaganda, and mobilization to establish grassroots trade unions at a number of businesses in the area.

The working delegation worked at Hung Yen AT Environment Joint Stock Company and Hiep Khon Shoe Co., Ltd. At the units, representatives of the Ward Trade Union directly exchanged with business leaders and workers about the role of the Trade Union organization. The content focused on the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

In addition, the delegation also propagated the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the regulations of the Trade Union organization related to the establishment and joining of grassroots trade unions. Workers were answered many questions about their rights when participating in the Trade Union organization.

Surveys show that businesses all have a stable number of workers. The working environment is basically guaranteed. Many workers expressed their desire to join the Trade Union to be supported, protect their rights and participate in emulation movements and cultural and social activities.
