Promoting the establishment of a grassroots trade union at an FDI enterprise in Nghe An in September
Nghe An Labor Federation and Gia Nhat Vietnam Plastic Company Limited agreed to establish a grassroots Trade Union in September 2025 to better care for the lives of workers.
On September 23, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the unit had just had a working session with Gia Nhat Vietnam Plastic Company Limited - a foreign-invested enterprise (FDI) operating in WHA Industrial Park.
At the meeting, Mr. Li Deng Jun - Director of the Company reported on the production and business situation, and said that the enterprise always focuses on fully implementing policies and regimes for employees. He expressed his hope that the Trade Union organization will accompany businesses in taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers.
The representative of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor affirmed that the Trade Union organization is always ready to coordinate with enterprises, through the implementation of many practical activities, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The two sides agreed to organize the establishment of a grassroots trade union at Plastic Gia Nhat Vietnam Co., Ltd. in September 2025.
