In order to take care of the lives and improve the quality of nutrition for children in difficult circumstances, the Nghia Lo Ward Union (Lao Cai Province) has just coordinated with Hoa Nuoc Kindergarten to organize free meals for students at two locations (Center School and Nam Dong 1 Village School).

This is a practical activity with profound humanitarian significance, contributing to supporting children in disadvantaged areas to have more conditions to study and play.

It is known that in this area, 95% are Thai ethnic people, people's lives mainly depend on agricultural production, economic conditions are still lacking, and the education level is uneven. Therefore, the socialization of education faces many obstacles, and the care of children's learning and eating conditions is limited.

In the program, 155 children enjoyed nutritious meals, with a rich menu, ensuring food hygiene and safety.

The dishes prepared include: hot chicken soup, stir-fried chicken with shiitake and carrots, meat soup, along with dessert and fresh milk, which are enthusiastic for children.

Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Chairwoman of the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union, shared: "Today's meal is the heart of union members and workers in Nghia Lo Ward coming to students in the highlands. We hope this activity will help encourage children to go to charter schools, love studying more, and spread the spirit of mutual love and support in the community.
