Pleiku Ward Trade Union dialogues and mobilizes workers to participate in the Trade Union organization

On September 24, the Pleiku Ward Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors of Quicornac Co., Ltd. to organize a periodic dialogue conference between employees and employers, with the participation of more than 80 workers and employees working at the Company.

The conference is an opportunity for employees to directly exchange and share their thoughts, aspirations and issues of concern in the working process; and at the same time create conditions for the Company's Board of Directors to listen, exchange and promptly answer questions related to salaries, policies, working hours, working conditions, meals, insurance and the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.

In particular, through the dialogue program, Pleiku Ward Trade Union directly propagated and introduced the Vietnam Trade Union organization and mobilized workers to participate in the Trade Union organization, towards establishing a grassroots Trade Union at Quicornac Co., Ltd.

At the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Xuan - Chairwoman of Pleiku Ward Trade Union informed and exchanged information to help workers better understand the role and functions of the Trade Union organization; the rights and interests of union members; the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

Initial results, 75 workers registered to learn about and participate in the Trade Union; 5 people registered to participate in the Mobilization Committee for establishing grassroots Trade Unions.

This is an initial result, showing the concern and consensus of employees towards the Trade Union organization, and at the same time creating a basis for the Pleiku Ward Trade Union to continue to coordinate propaganda, guidance and implement steps to establish grassroots Trade Unions at the Company in the coming time.

Also on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Quicornac Co., Ltd. presented 100 Mid-Autumn gifts, worth 30 million VND, contributing to building a stable and harmonious working environment.

For many years, Quicornac Co., Ltd. has been a business that purchases, processes, and exports passion fruit to foreign markets on a large scale, with a factory located in Tra Da Industrial Park.
