(Gia Lai) - said that the unit has just completed a series of direct dialogue conferences with 100% of officials, workers and employees throughout the unit. Through this, many problems, proposals, and recommendations have been resolved, moving towards harmonious and progressive labor relations, ensuring better rights for employees of the enterprise.

Mr. Nguyen Danh, a wastewater treatment worker at Thanh Cong Processing Plant, expressed: "Currently, food prices and other costs are increasing high and rapidly, so the cost of lunch meals also needs to be increased accordingly. I hope the company's leaders will consider early adjustments to meet the reality and create favorable conditions for the kitchen.

Representatives of the Trade Union organization and company leaders have announced a public and transparent adjustment roadmap. Specifically, in mid-2025, meal allowances were at 15,000 VND/portion, by the beginning of 2026 it was raised to 18,000 VND/portion and now it has reached 20,000 VND/portion.

Businesses also set a target to increase to 22,000 - 25,000 VND/portion in the following years when conditions permit.

Besides meals, the sustainable income problem is solved by intensive garden cultivation, increasing fertilizer, managing materials well and adjusting salary unit prices to suit each garden.

Departments and agencies are required to plan to equip protective gear, boots, hats, and mosquito repellent from the fourth quarter of last year.

At the same time, businesses promote digital transformation by equipping tablets for team leaders, group leaders and latex receiving forces to optimize management processes and improve labor productivity.

Currently, Chu Se Rubber Co., Ltd. is operating 14 production teams, 2 processing plants and 1 hospital, with a total of 2,052 workers (female accounting for 60.3%, ethnic minorities accounting for 57.7%).
