Khanh Hoa proactively prepares human resources for key projects and nuclear power
Khanh Hoa - Provincial leaders will proactively prepare human resources to meet labor needs when industrial parks, industrial clusters, and key projects go into operation.
On the morning of July 31, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee organized a meeting and dialogue between provincial leaders and union members and workers in 2026.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that looking at the scale of development of the province in the coming time, it can be seen that the demand for human resources will be very large.
This is also a message that provincial leaders want to send to union members and workers to feel secure about job opportunities in the coming years.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, from now to 2030 and the following years, when industrial parks, industrial clusters, key projects, especially nuclear power projects go into operation, Khanh Hoa will need a large labor force in many different fields.
This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the training and human resource development of the locality.
To meet development requirements, provincial leaders determined to proactively prepare human resources right now.
Educational institutions, vocational training institutions and related departments and sectors will closely coordinate with businesses to train according to the actual needs of the labor market, ensuring that local workers have sufficient skills and qualifications to meet recruitment requirements.
In addition, the province will implement policies to support vocational training, retraining, job conversion and connect labor supply and demand, creating conditions for people to have stable jobs, increase income and not be left behind in the development process.
Leaders of Khanh Hoa province also hope that union members and workers will boldly share difficulties and obstacles as well as recommendations and proposals so that functional agencies can promptly grasp and remove them.

Issues of concern to workers such as employment, income, housing, social security, skills training, working conditions and regimes and policies will be listened to, considered and resolved by all levels and sectors with the highest sense of responsibility.
Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested departments and branches to answer frankly and clearly the contents under their authority; and at the same time continue to study and advise on practical solutions to solve the remaining problems.
For the business community, provincial leaders hope that businesses will continue to strictly implement labor laws; pay attention to improving working conditions, increasing income, ensuring social security for workers; maintain dialogue at the workplace and build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
Leaders of Khanh Hoa province recorded all direct opinions as well as questions sent through receiving channels; and assigned functional agencies to summarize, research, advise and report the handling results in accordance with regulations.
