Son La Trade Union listens to the voices of workers in Mai Son area
Son La - The forum creates opportunities for union members and workers in the Mai Son area to express their thoughts and recommendations, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
On July 24, the Son La Provincial Labor Federation organized a forum to listen to union members and workers speak to meet, contact, exchange, and dialogue with union members and workers at units and businesses in the Mai Son area.
At the forum, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, grassroots trade unions and union members and workers frankly exchanged views on issues directly related to the rights and interests of workers.
Nearly 20 contents of exchange and recommendations focused on social insurance policies, salary and bonus mechanisms, welfare regimes, working conditions, safety, occupational hygiene and support policies for workers working in a special environment.
Opinions and recommendations were directly exchanged and answered by leaders of departments, branches and businesses.
The program is a forum for union members and workers to directly express their thoughts, aspirations and propose problems that are still stuck in the working process.
Thereby, contributing to strengthening the companionship and sharing between businesses, trade unions and employees, towards building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
On this occasion, the Son La Provincial Labor Federation presented 50 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the Mai Son area; presented 7 sets of English reading markers for children of union members and workers.
