Dialogue, listening to union members and workers at Thai Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company

On July 16, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Thai Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company organized the Forum "Listening to union members and workers speak" to promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

With a spirit of democracy, openness and constructiveness, many union members and workers directly exchanged and reflected issues related to working conditions, regimes, policies, occupational safety and health, spiritual life as well as proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of production and business activities of enterprises.

Opinions at the forum were received and answered frankly by company leaders and the Trade Union Executive Committee. For contents that require time to consider, business leaders committed to continue researching and coordinating with the Trade Union organization to remove obstacles and create an increasingly safe, stable, and friendly working environment, meeting the legitimate aspirations of workers.

The forum "Listening to union members and workers speak" is a practical activity to strengthen dialogue at the workplace, consolidate harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. At the same time, the activity continues to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying businesses to care for life, protect the rights of union members and workers, contributing to building sustainable business development.
