Nghe An - Tan Ky Commune Trade Union organizes the program "Listening to union members and workers speak" to grasp the thoughts and aspirations, and protect the rights of union members.
On July 28, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Tan Ky Commune Trade Union organized the program "Listening to union members and workers speak" to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; promptly resolve issues related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
At the program, union members and workers frankly exchanged and proposed many opinions related to trade union activities, regimes, policies, working conditions and issues of concern during the working process.
The opinions and recommendations of union members and workers are listened to, answered and received by Tan Ky Commune Trade Union to summarize and propose to competent agencies for consideration and resolution.
Through the program "Listening to union members and workers speak", Tan Ky Commune Trade Union continues to promote its representative role, accompanying union members and workers; improve the quality of trade union activities, and well perform the task of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
