Nearly 300 trade union officials trained in parenting skills
Phu Tho - Nearly 300 trade union officials at all levels are trained in parenting skills, contributing to supporting union members to build happy families and raise children scientifically.
On August 23, the Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a training conference "Parental Skills - For the Comprehensive Development of Children" for nearly 300 trade union officials at all levels.
Attending the conference were Mr. Do Ngoc Anh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, the Industrial Zone Trade Union Committee and specialists from professional departments of the Provincial Labor Federation.
The conference focused on raising awareness, knowledge and skills for trade union officials about the role of family and parents in caring for, nurturing and educating children.
Through the program, trade union officials are equipped with additional propaganda and mobilization skills to implement activities to support union members and workers in building happy families and raising children scientifically in the context of digital transformation and integration.
This is also an opportunity for trade union officials to improve their capacity in family, children and gender equality work, thereby better supporting union members and workers in the process of building a safe and healthy family environment for children.
The activity contributes to effectively implementing the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State on family, children, and gender equality.
At the same time, implement the Resolution of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the Program to improve the quality of activities of the Mass Women's Committee for the period 2026-2030.
