Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union launches AI virtual assistant model
Gia Lai - Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union launches the model "Online AI virtual legal consultant and assistant", creating more channels to support union members and workers.
On the morning of September 12, the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward (Gia Lai province) launched the model "Online Trade Union Legal Consulting and AI Virtual Assistant", and at the same time trained digital skills, AI application, network security and Trade Union nghiệp vụ in 2026 for more than 100 officials and union members.
At the launch, Ms. Truong Thi My Le - Chairwoman of Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union - said that the application of technology in Trade Union activities aims to innovate working methods, improve work efficiency and support union members and workers.
The new model creates an additional channel for union members and workers to look up information, access legal advice and receive online support. This tool also supports Trade Union officials in the process of performing their duties.
Ms. Le noted that AI is a supporting tool, not replacing the listening, care and direct companionship of Trade Union officials with union members and workers.
Ms. Doan Thi Bich Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thong Nhat Ward - acknowledged the Trade Union's proactive application of technology; proposed to continue to promote digital transformation, AI associated with improving the quality of operations, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the program, the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union introduced and guided the use of the model. Trade union officials were also trained in digital skills, AI application in work, Trade Union activities and ensuring security and safety in cyberspace.
