Tay Ninh helps Trade Union officials "firmly" manage finances from the grassroots level
Tay Ninh - Financial nghiệp vụ training for trade union officials of communes and wards, towards public, transparent and effective resource management.
On September 10 and 11, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a training conference to deploy trade union finance work for the team of trade union officials of communes and wards directly under it.
The conference was attended and directed by Mr. Tran Le Duy - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, along with comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and officials who are chairmen, accountants concurrently in charge of commune and ward trade unions.
The training content focuses on equipping and updating knowledge and skills on trade union financial management, from budget preparation, revenue and expenditure organization, management and use of financial resources to finalization and management of trade union assets.
Notably, the program is implemented in the direction of "holding hands and guiding", linking regulations with actual situations arising at the grassroots level. Through this, commune and ward Trade Union officials are more convenient in the process of organizing implementation.
Financial work is identified as one of the important contents for the activities of the Trade Union organization. Good financial management not only ensures resources to serve activities but also contributes to improving publicity, transparency, discipline, and order in the management and use of trade union finances and assets.
Through the conference, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation continues to standardize professional skills, improve the capacity of financial staff at the grassroots level, especially part-time staff; and at the same time create unity in awareness and organization of implementation of regulations on trade union finance.
The conference also created conditions for commune and ward Trade Union officials to exchange experiences, remove difficulties and obstacles in practice, gradually improve financial management efficiency, contributing to building a strong and effective Trade Union organization, taking union members and workers as the center.
