Increasing legal knowledge for trade union officials in Phu Tho
Phu Tho - The Provincial Labor Federation strengthens the organization of legal training classes for union members and trade union officials at the grassroots level.
On September 9, 2026, at the Vinh Phuc ward hall, the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation organized a training class on policies, laws and labor relations in 2026.
The training class was attended by more than 200 delegates who are chairmen, vice chairmen, members of the executive committee, team leaders, and deputy team leaders of grassroots trade unions directly under Vinh Phuc and Vinh Yen wards.
At the program, Ms. Ha Thi Huong Giang - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation - directly conveyed the basic contents of the Labor Code; Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level; Trade Union Law; Employment Law; 2024 Social Insurance Law; Law on Occupational Safety and Health.
Delegates are also guided on negotiation skills, signing collective labor agreements; updating information on regimes and policies for female workers.
In addition, delegates were disseminated decrees, documents and contents related to trade union activities and labor relations.
Previously, on September 4, 2026, in Lap Thach commune, the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation also organized a training class on policies, laws and labor relations in 2026.
The training class had nearly 250 delegates who are chairmen, vice chairmen, members of the executive committee, team leaders, and deputy team leaders of grassroots trade unions directly under 3 communes Lap Thach, Lien Hoa and Tien Lu participating.
The training content focuses on legal regulations on labor, trade unions, employment, social insurance, occupational safety and health, and skills in labor relations.
