Que Son commune trade union, Da Nang promotes the establishment of new grassroots trade unions

News from Que Son Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on August 23rd said: implementing the direction of the Da Nang City Labor Federation and the Standing Committee of the Que Son Commune Party Committee, Que Son Commune Trade Union promotes review, propaganda, and mobilization to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions at enterprises with 20 or more union members and employees.

From the beginning of August 2026 to now, the Commune Trade Union has directly worked with business leaders, met with workers to propagate about the position, role, and function of the Trade Union organization; disseminate the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers when participating in the Trade Union.

At the same time, the Trade Union grasps the thoughts, aspirations, difficulties, and obstacles in labor relations and guides employees on the steps to establish grassroots trade unions according to regulations.

Through the review, many businesses agreed on the policy of establishing grassroots trade unions. The commune trade union has guided 2 units to prepare dossiers and procedures for developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.

Since the beginning of the year, the Que Son Commune Trade Union has mobilized the establishment of 7 grassroots trade unions, reaching 233.4% of the target assigned by the City Labor Federation.
