Thang An Commune Trade Union, Da Nang propagates social insurance and unemployment insurance policies for workers

News from Thang An Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on July 26 said: to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, Thang An Commune Trade Union in coordination with Thang Binh Grassroots Social Insurance organized a conference to advise and disseminate policies and laws on social insurance (BHXH), unemployment insurance (BHTN) for 150 union members and employees of My Hung Garment Co., Ltd. Grassroots Trade Union.

At the conference, the reporter of Thang Binh Grassroots Social Insurance disseminated the key contents of the Law on Social Insurance and regulations on unemployment insurance.

At the same time, guiding and answering contents related to the rights and obligations of employees when participating in social insurance and unemployment insurance; conditions and levels of enjoyment of sickness, maternity, occupational accidents, occupational diseases, pensions, death benefits and unemployment benefits.

Many questions and problems of union members and workers have been answered directly, helping workers better understand social security policies.

Through the conference, union members and workers are equipped with more legal knowledge, raise awareness of complying with regulations on social insurance and unemployment insurance, contributing to protecting their legitimate and lawful rights and interests, and building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

This is a practical activity of Thang An Commune Trade Union to strengthen propaganda and disseminate policies and laws to union members and workers, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities, spreading social security policies and accompanying businesses in caring for and protecting workers' rights.
