Propagating and disseminating legal knowledge to workers in Thai Nguyen
Thai Nguyen - Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a conference to propagate and disseminate laws to union members and workers at Woojin QPD Vina Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thai - Vice President of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized the role of raising legal awareness, helping union members and workers proactively protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
The Vice Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation also directly propagated the results of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, and informed about the goals and key tasks of the trade union organization in the coming time.
At the program, union members and workers were disseminated contents on social insurance policies, drug prevention and control and updated with new policies and orientations of the trade union organization.
In the dialogue session, leaders of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation and reporters directly exchanged and answered questions from union members and workers related to regimes, policies and issues arising during the working process.
In addition, union members who actively and excellently participated in answering lecturers' questions at the conference received meaningful gifts from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation.
The conference contributed to improving legal knowledge, strengthening the connection between trade union organizations and union members and workers.
