Establishment of 2 grassroots trade unions at a wood furniture manufacturing company in Binh Co ward

On the afternoon of July 24, Binh Co Ward Trade Union (HCMC) coordinated with businesses to organize a ceremony to announce the decision to establish and launch the grassroots trade union of Du Hong Wood Painting Co., Ltd. and the grassroots trade union of Hong Dat Wood Co., Ltd.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Binh Co Ward Trade Union announced and awarded decisions recognizing union members, decisions recognizing grassroots trade unions and appointing the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of Du Hong Wood Co., Ltd. and the grassroots trade union of Hong Dat Wood Co., Ltd.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Minh Hoang - Chairman of Binh Co Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade unions of the two companies quickly stabilize the organization and build operating regulations. At the same time, proactively coordinate with the Board of Directors to well implement grassroots democracy regulations, promote emulation movements for good labor and creative labor. In addition, always be close and listen to thoughts and aspirations to promptly protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

Representatives of the two businesses also said that they will create all favorable conditions in terms of facilities as well as time for the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to successfully complete its tasks. At the same time, businesses will closely coordinate with the Trade Union organization to better care for the material and spiritual lives of workers, build a united and sustainable working environment.
