News from Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on July 14 said: in order to raise awareness and law compliance awareness for union members and workers, the Trade Union of Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd. (under Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union) in coordination with the business leadership organized a program to propagate and disseminate policies and laws to more than 5,000 union members and workers working at the company.
The program is implemented in the form of dividing into many groups of classes according to each production shift. This flexible organization method both ensures that all union members and workers participate and does not affect the production and business activities of the enterprise.
At propaganda sessions, union members and workers were disseminated practical contents directly related to their legitimate rights, obligations and interests such as: Trade Union Law, Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, Law on Occupational Safety and Health; regulations on fire prevention and fighting and rescue; and were updated with new points of current legal policies.
In addition to imparting knowledge, reporters also spend time exchanging and answering questions arising during the working process, helping union members and workers better understand the regimes and policies related to salaries, working hours, social insurance, labor safety as well as the responsibilities of each individual in complying with the internal regulations and rules of the enterprise and the laws of the State.
Legal propaganda activities are regularly maintained by the Trade Union of Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd., contributing to building a team of workers with legal knowledge, industrial style and high discipline.
