Improving digital skills, ensuring information security for Dak Lak trade union officials
Dak Lak - Provincial trade union officials improve digital skills, ensuring information security.
The Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that the unit has just organized a training class on digital transformation, propaganda and deployment of administrative procedures to improve the application capacity of information technology, digital skills and ensure information security for trade union officials.
Participating in the training class were 95 trade union officials working at the Provincial Labor Federation, representatives of affiliated units, trade unions of communes and wards, and some grassroots trade unions with many union members in the area.
At the training class, speakers from the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Police conveyed three key topics including: digital transformation in trade union activities and deployment of electronic administrative procedures; ensuring network security, information security and preventing and combating high-tech crimes; guiding the management and use of seals, digital signatures and clerical work nghiệp vụ.
Through the topics, students are updated with new guidelines and regulations on digital transformation; and are guided on skills to exploit and use digital platforms effectively in management, administration and daily work processing.
In addition, the reporters also shared new methods and tricks of high-tech criminals, forms of cyber fraud as well as solutions to protect data and ensure information security during the use of digital devices and applications.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - said that the organization of the training class aims to contribute to innovating the operating methods of the trade union organization towards modernity and professionalism; improving the efficiency of management, administration, administrative reform and promoting digital transformation throughout the trade union system.
According to Mr. Lap, the program also equips the team of trade union officials with the necessary knowledge and skills to proactively prevent information security risks, identify and respond to fraudulent acts in cyberspace, contributing to building a safe and effective digital working environment.
